Full Fee (payment received after 10 October 2025)
The fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch buffets, and the gala dinner. The accompanying person fee: €200 (this fee is intended for a person who wants to accompany a participant and who will be participating in all activities during the whole conference's days). REGISTRATION PROCEDURE To register with the conference, please click ONLINE REGISTRATION, and then proceed to pay the appropriate registration fee either by Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Should you have any technical issue, please email us at vsge2025@sciencesconf.org. PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES By Credit Card: You will automatically get a ticket which will allow you to attend the conference and its activities. The ticket also serves as a confirmation of your registration. By Bank Transfer: You can take the option "Reservation" during the procedure instead of paying by credit card. The registration will be finalized and confirmed once we receive your payment. The bank details are given during the online registration process. Please indicate "VSGE2025-YOURNAME" as a reference and send proof of bank transfer to us at vsge2025@sciencesconf.org. Bank charges have to be paid at your expense. REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY 50% of the conference fee will be charged to all registered individuals who withdraw prior to the registration deadline (10 October 2025). No refunds are available on or after that date. |
